Sunday on the « fruit road “

A few years ago, we went to Fecamp and decided to go to the Benedictine. Benedictine is an alcohol made of plants by the monks .Fecamp is a town by the sea in Normandy.

These last days I have been baking green tea cake, lemon cakes with lemon curd and a pear cake.
Today, I went on the fruit road along the river Seine
People having orchards and all sorts of summer fruits sell them on their garden gate, lots of people stop and buy some.
I bought cherries, plums, mirabelles and strawberries to make jam tomorrow, so tomorrow will be jam day! 7 kilos of fruits.

I have started and prepared some fruits for tomorrow.
Have a nice week.
