Autumn and dried flowers.

On Saturday we went out and I found this little dried flowers bouquet on the market. This week I went in a flower shop to see if they had dried flowers, but a small bouquet of dried leaves was nearly forty euros! For a very small one. I bought this one from an old lady on the market. I used to buy her my sweet peas bunches.

I also found this jigsaw about Autumn vegetables.
I would like to bake a Battenberg cake from my “ Tea time at Downton Abbey”.
I hope you will have a nice week.

  1. Dearest Catherine,
Well, it is still a bit early here for the real autumn feeling. No dried flowers yet...
Comparable, we're at the latitude of Tunisia so you understand why.
    Enjoy your week.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  2. Hej Catherine,
Prachtig boeket. Ik dacht eerst dat het uit je eigen tuin komt.
    Zo'n Battenberg lijkt mij lekker.
    Fijne avond!
