Banana cake and goat mint and sultanas loaf.

 

Today I baked a banana cake ( I added chocolate chips to the recipe)

This is a good recipe from an old bakery ng book.

I also like it with banana chips and it freezes well.

Next I will have to bake  goat cheese, mint and sultanas.

I bought the goat cheese this morning and have month in the garden.

Tomorrow is a bank holidays our July 14th, we will have fireworks ( if  it does not rain!)
