Hello Friends,
The weather being very, very bad, nearly all my flowers have been ruined. I finally cut my peonies and after their flourishing in a vase , I ‘be collected the petals and dried them. I did the same with pale pink renoncules , I keep them in a jar before I use them.
In the 80’s I had a lot dried flowers bunches hanging on our ceiling beams.
I used the two books “ fleurs séchées” dried flowers and “L’art du pot pourri”.
As I took the books out of the bookcase.
One part is decoration books, gardening and do it yourself.
Left part. Right part about travels .
The lower part to painting books and museums we visited.
We have five bookcases.
The books are sharing the place with one of my little souvenirs
I especially love this little Japanese paper doll.
Some souvenirs from our trips to Greece and a planter from Netherlands.
The vases on top of the bookcase are from my grandfather Alexandre, they are Art Nouveau style.
I will show you these vases next time!
Have a good day!
I used to make potpourri and still have several large bowls of it which I refresh with some essential oils from time to time. My favourite scent is lavender.

Lieve groet,
Ger
Bonitos recuerdos. Gracias.
