Do you like cheese?
We have lots of different cheeses in France, but many other countries also have different kinds of cheeses.
Last night, I forgot to take pictures, but I cooked a « gratin »
Using 20 cl of low fat cream, mange - tout peas and bleu cheese( bleu des causses)
The mange- tout peas were very fresh and tasty. I used organic cream and a rather strong blue cheese. It is very simple and tasty
I ´ce steamed the peas before, made my gratin, put it in the oven
180C for about 30 mn and it was ready!
I found these cheese cliche on a brocante , it comes from Great Britain and is very useful to keep the cheese out of the fridge.
